Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the programme.

Use only promotional material provided or approved by SketchyCrow Designs. If you require promotional content, please contact us or access your affiliate account.

3. Branding and Content Use

Affiliates must not use SketchyCrow Designs’ logo, name, designs, or any branded content without prior written consent or a signed Affiliate Agreement.
Affiliates must not alter brand materials or misrepresent services in any way.
Unauthorized use of our branding, including AI-generated replicas, deepfakes, or misleading associations, is strictly prohibited.

4. Platform Guidelines

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

Promoting our brand on illegal websites, including torrent platforms, adult sites, or any domain engaging in illegal activities.
Using unrelated or spammy social media accounts (e.g., fake followers, bots, or non-niche pages) to share our content.
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices.
Affiliates are expected to promote SketchyCrow Designs on relevant, reputable, and engaged platforms, such as blogs, social media, or websites directly related to design, tech, entrepreneurship or creative industries.

5. Transparency & Authenticity

Affiliates must:

Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by law or platform guidelines (e.g., #ad or #affiliate).
Represent our services honestly and refrain from making false claims or guarantees.

Violation & Termination
